FCPD & Metro Arrest Man for Holding Female Teen & More

MEDIA RELEASE: As a result of multiple investigations conducted by the FCPD Criminal investigation Division, Rome/Floyd Metro Task Force & FCPD Patrol Division a search warrant was executed at 312 Canard Rd on 4.2.15 at the residence of 46 yr old Paul Brent Howell. Subsequently, Howell was arrested for False Imprisonment, Eavesdropping, surveillance, or intercepting communication which invades privacy of another and Battery against a 19 yr old female. During the execution of the search warrant, Howell was found in possession of methamphetamines & controlled substance that led to the following charges: possession methamphetamines with intent to distribute & possession of controlled substance.

During a separate investigation it was found that Howell had possession of & sold a stolen trailer leading to the charges of Theft by receiving & Theft by Deception.

This is a continuing investigation which could lead to more charges in addition to those below.
